SPICY LS COCO
Ingredients:

Crushed Thai chili beans

2 oz of LS Cream Liqueur

1 oz of Mango flavored rum
-
¼ oz of coconut flavored rum

1 oz of milk
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
Add grated coconut.
Sprinkle some ground chili on top.
Add a red Thai chili pepper on top for decoration.
LS MARBLE
Ingredients:

1 oz of vodka
-
2 oz of LS Cream Liqueur
-
1 oz of cream 10%
-
Frozen espresso in a ice cube tray
-
1 short espresso
Directions:
Fill a glass with the espresso ice cubes.
Add the vodka.
Add the LS Cream Liqueur.
Slowly drop the espresso in the glass to create the marble effect.
LS
TIRAMISU
Ingredients:

½ cup of LS Cream Liqueur
-
250 g of mascarpone, room temperature
-
20 ml of brewed Coffee, cooled
-
8 ladyfinger biscuits
-
10g of Confectioners (powdered sugar)
-
20g dark chocolate
Directions:
Mix coffee with 2 tablespoons of LS Cream. Cut each biscuit in three pieces. Dip in the coffee mix for a few seconds. Let them rest on a plate.
Whisk the remaining LS with sugar and mascarpone into a smooth cream. Crumble the dark chocolate.
Place 3 pieces of biscuits in the bottom, add a layer of mascarpone cream and then a layer of chocolate. Repeat the layer process and cool for 2-4 hours before serving.
LSPRESSO
Ingredients:

1 shot of vanilla flavored vodka
-
1 shot of LS Cream
-
2 shots of espresso coffee
-
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
Directions:
Shake coffee, vodka and sugar together with cubed ice.
Strain in a small cup or martini glass.
